“ From the outside, you would never know that this is a restaurant except for the very large crowd. Once inside you understand why the crowd is large. One of our good friends told us that they have Tennessee River Catfish as a regular item, and it is really special. She was right. The breading is light and seasoned very well. Cooked to order, and served hot. The hush puppies are homemade, and are very well prepared. Not greasy at all. The white beans were just a little salty, but seemed to be made from scratch. As is the coleslaw. It had a little sweet kick to it, and unlike most of the slaw in the area, not overpowered by the touch of vinegar which is normal. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. She was very attentive. Overall, this place was fast, friendly, and the food was great. ”
